First Five push when a matching job is ready, Win Memory from the outcomes you record, and a monthly pool of draft credits. You choose how each proposal is submitted.
Both. Annual bills once a year for the price of ten months, so you save two months. You can switch between monthly and annual, or change plans, from the billing portal at any time.
Credits reset on the first of your billing month and do not roll over or convert to cash. If you run out, drafting pauses until the reset, or you can upgrade for a larger pool. Your filters and First Five alerts keep running.
If you ask it to. Choose Manual (you review and submit), Approve on phone (you tap, then Bidsmith submits), or Automatic (Bidsmith submits matches within your limits and spends your Connects). We do not scrape or poll Upwork pages.
Yes. Bidsmith connects through the official Upwork MCP over OAuth, which is sanctioned API access, not scraping. You set the permissions, verify the connection, and can disconnect at any time.
Payments run through a Merchant of Record, so cards and local methods work worldwide and tax is handled for you. Prices are in US dollars. No card data touches our servers.
