Trials
If a trial is offered through our Merchant of Record (Paddle), you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Manage the subscription in the billing portal from the Bidsmith app.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record and follow their buyer protection and refund rules. Contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error, and we will work with Paddle to resolve it.
Credits
Unused draft credits do not convert to cash. On cancel, access downgrades to the free plan. We do not claw back remaining credits already granted for the period.
